I was in an AirBnB within walking

distance of a lake. 

Took time in the mornings to visit 

to see what I could find.

 I went to Madison to attend a Nalanda Miksang
photography retreat with my teacher, Miriam Hall.

Lovely time spending a week shooting
in the cool weather!

This heron seemed to be waiting
oh so patiently for the
fisherman to bring in
the fish and
give him breakfast!
